it rly sucked bad like usually the sore throat is what drives me insane when it comes to having a cold its by far the worst symptom but it was just not fun. if it does happen, plain pringles randomly hit so hard so highly suggest. doesn't happen to everyone though so i'm prayin 4 u

the amount of times i will just unashamedly spit saliva into a sink instead of swallow cause i just dont want to feel it go down

pls take ur vitamins!! all are good but especially ur C, D, and Zinc (ok that one's a mineral) that are good for boosting immune system! ginger and tumeric are some good natural supplements too fyi! chicken also has chemicals that can sooth sore throats so chicken noodle soup is good for more than one reason  (i'll stop now)

I thought so too, I hate olives. Mine wasn't gone long enough and I ate a lot of strong cinnamon candy to get it to come back faster. Goji berries do that too I've heard! or at least change how things taste
