I hate taking naps myself bc i feel gross when i wake up from them, but if u wanna nap go for it, nap for maybe like 1-3 hrs, more depending how tired you are or whatever

Shorts naps around 9pm - 10pm are the best. It makes the night feel longer. Personally, i like to take 20 minute naps, and if i feel like it then i'll add 10 more mins. In my opinion shorter naps feel more refreshing. Long naps makes me feel tired when i wake up.

Yeah me too, when I sleep at night I feel fine when I wake up even tho I've mby only slept 1-3 hours, but if I sleep 1-3 hours in the daytime I get a headache every time n feels like I have cotton in my head n all shit

Yeah me too, when I sleep at night I feel fine when I wake up even tho I've mby only slept 1-3 hours, but if I sleep 1-3 hours in the daytime I get a headache every time n feels like I have cotton in my head n all shit

Yes, might be good if you're tired. i usually nap around 30 minutes to 1 hour so i can sleep later

also by gross i mean like my mouth is dry, my skin feels dry, hair is messy, and I don't know whats going on

I'm way late but I recommend a 20 minute nap or a 1,5 hour nap. Those two nap times don't make you groggy and give you an energy boost for the rest of the day.
