My nightmares r always just,,, weird. Like nothing really bad happens, but I dream abt ppl I know doing weird stuff and the whole dream just feels wrong, even tho theres nothing wrong. Waking up sweaty by like imagined example: my friend making ice cream  BRUH, gow is this possible. Even while I still feel that im awake I still get nightmare. Cursed brain, I am not happy abt it

Yes n me trying to explain why it felt bad after I wake up to someone like : uhhh uhhh hhh like wtf its impossible ! It legit makes no sense but its bad, was good to sleep so long in the start I guess but now,,, physically can't half sleep even more than 5-6 hours now either. Is this the end. Probably not lmao but ajjjj
