but i started working out because i feel not happy with myself and wanted to tone / get a thinner waist, but the problem is i also want to gain glutes/grow booty and get some muscle on my arms

can i do that at the same time or will i gain weight, since gaining glutes requires a surplus?
also, do people know good yt vids / workouts?

also do i need a gym card? or can i do that at home, what if i have no weights?

You might gain weight but as long as u build muscle u will look skinnier kind of, and more shapely hourglass ish figure so it doesn't rlly matter that much I guess. I think (?) U could also first eat in a surplus, gain some weight+ muscles n then eat in a deficit after to lose some of the fat again and hopefully maintain muscles (like how people bulk and cut to grow muscles faster). Me sounding like I know what im talking abt when I have barely excersized in my life, but at least I know for sure u will look skinnier and more shapely even at the same weight if u have more muscle and less fat, like me looking overweight and floppy even at a healthy weight just because I have 0 muscle lol
