most likely you, if you get diagnosed, youll have a better chance at achieving your goals. then you know what to look for, research and get info on how other people deal with it + how to overcome certain challenges that comes with having bd.
also you can get the right medication if you need it. i honestly didnt know just how bad bd wrecked my ass until i got medicated lol.

Also was the only symptom that antidepressants aren't effective or did u have other stuff too (mania I guess), I know with my friend at least no antidepressants work even tho they should work cus they tested it (I don't remember how, blood test mby) but shes not bipolar at least
