actually a really big issue all over the world because the politics think libraries are just worthless pits that swallow money

also for clegane, check if your library has other offers that go further than just the books you can get in-library
you don't actually need a card to go to the library and study or work in the library itself, so the card doesn't really have to do with opening hours and study spots available, but if they have additional offers for online access, then might definitely be worth it to get the card
