Making 5htp get converted into serotonin before it reaches my gut since the brain can't use it then, n also hopefully help not make the 5htp deplete my dopamine, cus of the L-theanine allegedly

On the other hand Matcha is like an Extract too, as you are consuming the whole tea leave which is powdered, instead of just the infusion you have with the leave teas. Beside the antioxidans Matcha has a lot of nutrients and vitamins (Vitamin A, B, C, E, K, proteines, iron, calcium), caffeine and a lot of the amino acid L-Theanin. I feel very fresh and energetic when I drink it.
Then there is Gyokuro, which has the highest amount of the amino acid L-Theanin out of all green teas. I feel very relexed, but at the same time awake when I drink Gyokuro.
So Matcha and Gyokuro are in my opinion the two green teas with the most benefits, Matcha if you need energy and Gyokuro if you want to come down.
Unfortunately they are expensive and you need good quality if you want to feel something from them.
