the best pasta dish

i will share with u also pretty cheap 



u will need

mushroom, dosen't matter if it fresh or on glass
frozen spinach
soy heavy cream/what ever u pref
garlic (4 ones)
1 onion
pasta/spaghet


brown garlic n onion add mushrooms and continue to cook em until the water from the mushrooms starts so go away
add cream, water, spinach and let it boil
add pasta and let it cook in it (like raw pasta ig)

add salt, pepper or whatever

here u go easy delish and cheap to make if ur a broke whore like me

do not use oat based havy cream if u go plantbased, it gives it a weird and watery texture. I prefer to use rice or soy.
You can use coconut, just dont use light.

Yes they r disgusting but if u buy stuff like kantareller they r so expensive fresh if u don't pick them urself. But I would rather just leave it out than buy the ones I have found on glass cus they r so hard and though and taste like nothing

The only good ones was when we used canned champignons at school but we pan fried them until they were crispy + a lot of salt n pepper. Tasted like crispy salt n pepper, I liked that

idk fresh mushrooms is like 16-20 kr here in dk whereas glassed ones are 4-6 kr, so much cheaper for someone who is studying and is on SU lol
dEF only use glassed ones for like sauces, simmering dishes etc.

i have absolute no reason to make that dish because i don't eat pasta and i don't use cream in any form 

yeah mushrooms be very expensive here too. not sure about fresh champignons tho, i guess they are fairly okay price? anyway i don't like them in general either. there's so much better edible mushrooms, can't be found in stores at all. but good thing that hunting mushrooms is free hobby, tho it's limited to autumn. i also grow mushrooms myself, it's actually the easiest thing ever
