Can't help you there.  But yeah lean, that probably has exercises you can do. I just do yoga so I'm probably not your answer here if you want fast results, but it will make you stronger and flexible. Able to make you look leaner, but so does a lot of exercises/sports/activities. Pick something you like or want to try to start, and then you can experiment with different exercises and see what you like. If you like it it's easier to keep on doing it (a lot of videos on YouTube - yoga, pilates, strenght, dance workouts, etc.)

Oh I'd try yoga, it seems meditative and I'd like to experience that  walking/jogging is also nice and low intensity I think. Thank you!

Np. If you're new to it I'd recommended trying out Yoga with Adrienne, but there's also a lot of other options, but she got just a massive amount of videos to pick from. Personally, I also like Namaste hannah (she has only one still  uploaded tho #sad), the bare female (very meditative/gentle practices) and u can also try kemetic yoga  w sarah wes.
