but the part i fucked up so bad here was making enchilada sauce. but i mean that in the vaguest sense bc i was tired and the stores dont just Sell The Sauce so i had to make it and picked the first and simplest recipe i found i could do with my limited ability lmao

but its nice so i think i will look into making a proper one next time i do this (bc there will be a next time)

Ah, I see. I've never actually tried enchiladas before, but it sounds nice, so I'll have to try it sometime.
