I only got that warning because of mods being subscribed to my blog and having seen it :d
but yeah, I argued that it does use the same techniques as for VP and it would just be too much work to 100% replicate it onto the VP base (because I'd have to redo all the designs) and since it's just a tutorial (so it's about the principle of the things, not the item itself) it was kinda ok, but could be one day they decide that it's not and I have to take it down
