yeah, im actually gonna go to a... "foot specialist" (???), because i keep dragging my heels, so much so that specific shoes i've owned have had holes in the heel, especially the right foot. my doctors journal mentions something along the lines of: "valgus deformity in foot"  @Eostre

its not thats its a major problem for me, its the fact that the sole part of the shoe is... like 80% of the shoe lol
