AAAALSO the dude i'm seeing is moving to the exact same area this weekend hah. i am neighbors with my ex currently and i rly just dont wanna be neighbors with another ex if it ends between me and my current guy. and i mean it was quite bad for me and my ex's relationship that we were neighbors and i'm scared it'll be the same damn thing with this dude

Here you usually can get out earlier if you find someone who will rent it right away for them

yeah i bet if i find someone who wants it straight away i can make that sort of deal with them as well. don't rly know anyone who's interested tho........ hmm...

i rly can't be picky but there's just too many things making me not want it. it wasn't very "fresh" like i absolutely don't need a renovated apartment but would be nice if it had been a bit updated since idk 1994. you know. the place for a bed was quite small, i really want a bigger bed if i move but i won't be able to get a bigger one than the one i have. that's just a small thing but adds onto everything. doesn't have a balcony which again is a small thing but yeah. i CAN live without one but if i'm supposed to stay somewhere for a longer period of time i'd want a balcony. it's also on the bottom floor, not fond of that. 
so yeah i can look past most things on themselves, had the apartment been nice i wouldn't care if there wasn't a balcony etc. but when it was so many things... mm.... so fuck me lol i'm literally never gonna get an apartment in this fucking shit town <3
