When he couldn't find it, he accused me of taking his. I told him I had been fiddling with mine for quite a while and he had his just a moment earlier. He got grumpy and said that "if I wanted it, I could just ask and we could share. I didn't have to steal his cause I lost mine". 

I told him i could have it since I didn't really care. But he just got even more angry and went to bed. I feel like I just had the most childish interaction of my life.

He is my ex as well. I'm not really letting his actions change my mood. He is just a childish person that gets grumpy all the time.
