how tragic

i know its winter but i finally started eating fish last year so i wasnt rly concerned but lmao. i have a level of 15. its supposed to be 50-150?????????????????

not even allowed to go pick up supplementsa i need prescription supplements i dont think my vit d has ever been this low before

tiredness, weakness, bone pain, depressive thoughts

Me when my iron was 5 n its supposed to be 15-200 lol
its hogher now tho I think cus on my last blood test my doctor said everything was normal but iron and vitamin d was in the lower numbers, but idk I still semi pass out semi often so 😭

I think I got an iton prespcription too but u could just buy the same one without a prescription so what was the point, idunno. Same as when I got regular ibux on orescription, why

I take multivitamin tho, idk if its doing anything, it has like 15mg iron while my doctor told me to take 100mg two times a day, but idk if ur body can even take up tht much, seems pointless

It probably cant but ur body doesn't rly take up 15mg when u eat that, it takes up much less which is why u r supposed to eat a shit lot more bc it will maximise the uptake, I think

Yeah peobably, I was supposed to take vitamin c with it too to make it take up more , but I can't deal w black poop lol so I don't take the stronger ones anymore

I once had 5 and my doctor was like ... not good :d

honestly, everyone has a vitamin d defficiency, get yourself one of those oil solutions for the apothecary and take them for a couple of months and you should be starting to feel better and get better readings

but honestly, I doubt anyone in Europe would be able to have a normal vitamin d reading with only sunshine and proper nutrition, there's just not enough sun around here to start with
