Offensively, shooting feels [lnk removed]harder, however, it's due to the increased defense, not the mechanisms of the shot meter. The passing is amazing in this case. Handling the ball feels smooth. The gameplay has really just been enjoyable for the few days when the game has been played.
2K22 reintroduces its tried-and-true shot meter after the polarizing changes of last year and I'm feeling that in general, I'm hitting more open shots at the beginning of my character's progress than previously. It's very difficult not to have the experience of an NBA player and not be able to make jumpers constantly, but I feel like even less popular characters could be useful this time around.
I believe they've discovered something that they could draw upon. I'd prefer they'd tap into rather than offering us all these frivolous sides-missions and sponsorships that are available in MyCareer. Why is State Farm in this game? Are I purchasing insurance? What's the reason why MyPlayer seem more excited about basketball than rapping?
Those things are fine in spots [link removed]-- well it's and not in the State Farm issue. That's simply bizarre. But rapping, fashion, endorsements for sneakers and all the rest are all part of the game in a variety of spots. The game should be a bit less focused on the things mentioned above and more focused on the incredible basketball game we're playing.
