My dreams are high key fkd up atm

It literally dreamt about being nearly murdered by an ork floating down a redish pink river of blood so I couldn't go home and breed as it feared. We were paddling each our tiny boat. It was sorta scary bc i think it had a larger plot before. Somewhere I was in a contor landscape carrying my phone, my bunny and a bunch of sheets trying to run out of there bc I stole something. Some ouch version in my dream gave me a tampon when i asked.

I think the movies I have watched is catching up with me. Or covid is giving me insane nightmares

my dreams as a whole are also very fucked up and never subtle; death, blood, screams, sometimes I'm riding a pink elephant to the unknown... it is always 1 of the 3 things -
a very violent dream
a super random dream involving my good memories
and dreams that tell me about a current situation\future
one thing in common, ALWAYS detailed, I always remember them.

my last dream had me walking on a rope from one building to another, while at the bottom there was a flood and spikes and people that died due to them falling down and well...
getting impaled.

the sky was blood red, spirling into the middle, a thunderstorm accompanied it,
I had this weird attire on that I don't really remember besides it being something I won't wear at ALL, and I think I looked different than I do usually? but one thing I remember is this locket I had.
it had a picture of it, did not see what as I had to walk that thing but I KNEW it was something precious to me that I was really tied to.

I had this stick for balance in my hands and it fell, so I tried walking without it, but after a few seconds, I could not maintain balance any longer and fell off, I remember the fear settling in before I embraced death that was upon me, closing my eyes and waiting for the inevitable, until midair I felt a sharp pain in my upper back, something was moving there and trying to pierce my skin, the bone there broke and I felt it coming out of my back, the pain was unbearable, but the bone transformed as a base for some wings? and instead of falling, I could fly, but the impact from suddenly stopping flying made me drop my locket, so me getting into panic mode I dive to get it, but the rain from the storm only made the flood down rising up, so when the locket fell and drowned, I could not retrieve it.
defeated but thankful that I did not die, I flew to safety .

and that's the dream really

oh man seeing it now made me realize hoe long it is sheeeesh

I have bad dreams and nightmares a lot because of C-PTSD. Last night I was in a massive room that reminds me of like a ballroom with balconeies and stuff. And I was sitting in one of the corners being yelled and belittled at by someone. I felt so immense sadness, like every sadness all at once. I was unable to straighten up because the emotions was like bricks holding me down. I tried to yell back eventually and woke myself up from yelling

Last few dreams I had had some weird moments. Like I was in a maze with some friends (well dream friends, I don't know those people in real life) and I heard my alarm going off. I wanted to walk into a different path, following the noise, but a guy said that it's a trap, so I stayed with them and overslept.
And my most recent dream, I was just in some busy street when some guy randomly screamed: "THIS IS A DREAM" and then continued his normal life and everyone who looked at him did so too
