if you plan on being able to love your body just because you put effort into posing for you, that probably won't do. it can help seeing you in a different light, but that only works if you actually are open to seeing yourself in a different context and not using it as an excuse to criticise your look in that way

like go behind the scenes of what you compare yourself to when you think you don't look okay, and learn how it is done because it will take so much power away from it by removing the "gap" between how you are versus what they look like. personally, I very much resonate with Limbs comment, but yeah, u gotta find a way it fits you. I personally also found a lot of confidence in my body through my yoga practice -- I still have many steps to go thought, and I'm not really a person that like seeing pictures of myself, and when I don't too often, I literally just chill about my body image, and choose to take care of it through some skincare, exercise, eating enough, etc. : ) Additionally, I totally got a thing for nice undies\lingerie as I really much like the sensuality of it.
