ive heard about using botox, but i wanna be 100% sure first if i ever do that 

im gonna bring it up with my therapist too ofc  but i wanna hear if someone has either had it done, or know someone who has had it done before and if it helped

it's worth a try! i know it helps with anxiety for some ppl and other stuff but idk much about it, just know few friends who use em when shit hits the fan. It sells legally here in Norway so ur good, if it doesnt help you could go for the botox
