yea

what r ur skin issues, what products r u using, how do u think its working out for u, tried anything u fucking hate lately? seen any products u wanna try?

my skins been a dick lately and im trying to correct it and its exhausting. but i filled my hands with argan oil and massaged my face for half a fuckin hour yesterday and i can honestly say its worked a lot better than (other) physical exfoliation or chemical has so far but i sure as shit aint gonna do that every night

whiteheads, enlarged pores(!!), greasy t-area, some redness around my nose
normal/oily skin

once or twice a day depending on if i remember to do it or not:
-cerave cleanser + moisturizer
-ordinary niacinamide (once a day)

once in 1-2 weeks:
-ordinary glycolic acid

2-3 times a week:
-ordinary salicylic acid

all of these have worked well for me esp niacinamide (which i also made my normal/dry skin bf try and it helped him to even out his skin tone) but i'm probs going to drop glycolic acid bc,,,, too much acid in my routine i think

eir scandinavia cloudberry cleanser (removes dead skin)
Dr. Greve Fuktighetskrem (thick, moisturizer)

^ If I do this regularly it makes my skin all smooth and not flakey so ir doesn't look shit under makeup.

I have a d vitamin oil thing but I haven't really seen any effects of it yet. I also have a weleda willow bark or something spot treatment. Haven't really noticed the effect tbh. Just using them to use them up.

Dry skin and acne. Red skin but it's tbh from having nose issues for 3 years and murdering the tip of my nose w tissues. It doesn't really bother me. I found that just generally helping my skin hydrate and cleansing a few times a week had reduced my acne as well. Idk about winter yet bc i havent figured what to do w my acne always getting worse then. Otherwise, I have some hormonal acne that is just what it is, i think.

all of my skin problems could be solved if i didn't live in finland in winter and i don't use anything else than hemp oil (it also contais buckthorn tho) when my face gets dry
tho i have hormonal pimples every month but thats normal ig who cares

oh this is fun

okay, so my skin is dry and very sensitive. I have rosacea and I haven't been consistent with my routine for the past weeks, so it's gotten a bit downhill. (to add to the rosacea, I used to think I was having a lot of pimples, but when I started trying to figure out how to do something against the pain of my flushed face, the pimples have stopped too, so I doubt it ever was real pimples and just inflamations which can be quite common with pronounced rosacea)

I'm currently in the process of using up all of my stuff, so I use a few items just to get them empty but will switch back to the better ones once I'me through with them. (They are fine for my skin, just other products work way better)

Morning:
- wash my face with water or this cleanser if I'm very greasy
- apply moisturiser (+ sunscreen when going out, but that doesn't happen too often)

Evening:
- double cleanse using either this or this oil (currently emptying the Yves Rocher one, but I find the Balea one better for actually removing make-up. I also don't know if YR is still selling it)
- then this cleanser (mostly just to empty it, it's ok, but I definitely think it's too drying for me)
- moisturiser
Every second to third evening I'm using this retinol serum and once a week I do an enzyme scrub

Once my moisturizers are emtpy, I will go back to this one by La Roche-Posay since it really helped with my rosacea infections and flushes.

my skin concerns are acne, oily skin and blackhead/clogged pores

am:
benton(i think) cleansing water with tea tree
the ordinary niacinamide
neutral 0% day cream (sometimes i use a lighter moisturizer)
and whatever sunscreen i feel like, depends on the day
(im too lazy to do this every morning but i do it maybe a few times a week)

pm:
either
1. youth to the people cleanser
2. the inkey list salicylic acid
or
1. the inkey list salicylic acid cleanser
and then
iunik tea tree serum (absolute favorite im on my fifth bottle)
some snail bee essence forgot the brand
neutral 0% night cream
egyptian magic as like a lash/brow serum

ive done this, you can use basically any oil or oil cleanser. it also helps to draw out the dirt in your skin and unclog pores

idk i mostly just pick my skin :-D but i agree w u, oil exfoliates better, also salt water does too for me
my skin is oily and crusty at the same time so that's fun

I just use a face wash with salicylic acid and jojoba oil afterwards. Everything else is causing more spots and inflammation.

1. Cleansing oil (when i have make up on)
2. Cleansing gel
3. Toner/cleansing water (not neccessary if you have a good cleansing gel, but feels nice)
4. Exfoliater (at night)
5. Serum
6. Face lotion (one for the day with spf and one for the night)
7. Eyecream
8. (sometimes a face oil if i'm very dry/or hydrating face mask)

all my products are from "Paulas Choice" which works the best for me because it's parfume free and allergy tested and all of that

i think i gotta use it (chemical) for a long while for it to replace physical exfoliation of any kind
like im doing chemical to start preventative care but my skin peels off like its a hobby, its gonna take a while i think for it to catch up but i dont wanna use rough physical exfoliants in the mean time (which i have to bc my skin just. sheds off like a lizard its terrible) so oil rub does it

ive been looking at the caffeine one actually, wondering if it would help with how puffy my eyes get suring allergy season
a lot of the reviews seem to think its a bit drying tho which isnt good when my skin is already so dry
