you're better off taking a different drug because when you take too much of one, it increases the side effects dramatically. have you tried taking paracetamol + ibuprofen?

Overdosing is extremely unlikely, damaging your stomach is more likely

not really
you can actually have first issues when taking the proposed amount for a total of a few months over a lifetime
they really aren't good for the body to begin with
