Depends on the person. I'd like something that a) make an action i do regularly easier for me, or b) some skincare maybe but that's only bc c) exercise stuff is already a checked off point for me and that's sorta what i consider selfcare.

So like if u know something the person regularly do or use, then saving them a trip to the store fx. would be useful (if they don't go out frequently i guess)

m my friend gave me cheese and crackers as a house warming gift but it was like super fancy expensive crackers n jams n stuff so it still felt very nice but ik nt everyones into food,
i usually get lush products in general for self care packages but since youve already got bath salt thats probably overkill
