Is it cold right now??
my cruise is on Saturday and we are doing the fjords for a week
and I’m wondering whether thermals are needed or if my ass can withstand how cold it is
also I’m praying there’s not much rain either cos I don’t wanna take my massive massive parka coat with the hood

No, it's sunny where I am, but with cold drafts!
It's always colder by the fjords thought, and more windy, so I'd bring thermals.

agreed! I second Eostre on thermals though. the wind can leave you with a gnarly cold

Probably would bring a wind-proof jacket and at least a layer of wool underneath + regular sweather. Also, wind-proof pants because you're gonna thank yourself if there's any wind, and if there isn't you can just not wear them and even if there isn't, they are realtively thin so you wouldn't get hot per se in them.

I’ve got a wind breaker jacket, not so sure on the trousers tho, I’ve not really got much more money to spend and also if I order them they won’t arrive in time more than likely cos of bank holidays and stuff
I wore leggings under jeans in Iceland and that seemed to work so I might just do that again

If you survived that on Iceland, then sure. Yeah, go for it.

i live by the coast and i am currently inside freezing my ass of if that answers your question, but i suppose its a self induced state of ass freezing because there is nothing in my room emitting heat
