TW ED? How do I stop reactive eating?

It usually happens when I eat less than I am used to for a couple days, I eat a lot so my body is used to it but when I begin eating less my body starts reactive eating (really hungry, uncontrollably hungry). I eat a lot, until it balances out and I go back to my familiar ways.

Do I simply deal with the hunger? I need to eat less, maybe I'm being weak about it.

so you will feel full and dont feel bad about it. Try making your own meals and put effort into it. by my experience that makes it a lot easier to not think about food because im kinda tired after cooking. if it makes any sense lol
