Yes on my gums cus I use too much snus, its like a crack in my gums it looks like, I don't know, but it doesn't hurt unless my gum skin just shed so its fine I think but it would probably hurt to get smth in itĀ

Yes im scared but putting it on the opposite side makes that side of my face go red so its not an option, plus the other side produces too much spit so I will live with it until it actually goes through to the bone yes, its rlly painful sometimes but I liveĀ

I think pretty much all toothpaste is the same even tho it says whitening or not, but actually being meticulous abt brushing ur teeth every morning and evening +mby midday if you still smoked helps a lot. I see a big difference in my teeth if I skimp out on brushing often enough or if I smoke
