i have this too exactly, ive actually never met anyone who experiences this before. everyone ive told about this irl has just been like lol wtf. very happy to find out ppl on vp experience this too. anyway i recommend listening to visualization-meditation videos on youtube to fall asleep to (if visualization works for you, that is)

I can't visualize anything when I try, but when my head fucks with me when iI try to aleep its suddenly very easy to visualize stuff
