Electric cars aren't really a thing in this part of the country so I very rarely encounter one

Electric cars aren't really a thing in this part of the country so I very rarely encounter one
theyre fairly common here at this point, i think most work-cars ive encountered the past 5 years have been electric + the ones ppl just buy at this point ofc

but i never get used to how quiet they are

I don't like driving in electric cars, at least not the one we have, cus u can hear the sound thats coming from the road so well cus the engine doesn't mask it ?? Very annoying
