TW - if this is a sensitive topic for you, there will be mentions of foods I don't like\eat, calories and really what one can expect around weight discussions. Please, click out now if you aren't in a good mindset or if you know this can be triggering for you. : )
I'm back at it again, trying to pull myself together because being sick meant losing weight which was very unfortunate. I'm also trying to eat more fruits and bc I never eat fruits but I guess it will be like something that just happens when I have to eat more. And I am trying to remotely like leafy greens like how do I kill them and put them in something so I get the nutrients without feeling like I'm eating curses? I have a blender (would say fairly weak), and a hand blender (?)
to the actual questions,
what are some good recipes, ingredients, tips\tricks to gain weight?
I'm thinking about getting some nutridrinks as supplements to make it easier in the start.
ps, i don't like peanut butter but I'm gonna try start eating panuts and nutmixes again bc they are healthy, allegedly. I also don't eat oranges of any sorts or leafy greens. But I will work my way there, hopefully. ofc there are mental health aspects to this but like u guys can't fix it for me anyways so I'm just gonna ask for the tips and tricks and recipes.
Suggestions:
- use more oil\butter
- eat high fat foods (nuts)
- eat food w toppings on (sour cream, butter, cheese)
- add extra pÄlegg on your food
- liquid calories - drink something else than water (chocolate milk, juice, soda)
