i walked 4 kilometers yesterday and my feet hurts so bad.
i rarely go out, i mean i do but i only go out when i need something at the store.
but since i have motivation today i want to work on my cardio

Shoes w proper soles r good, my feet hurt rlly bad if I walk long in platform shoes or like vans

i've running shoes as my everyday walking shoes, like idk how they are supposed to be running shoes tho. comparing to my other running shoes they are way too heavy, sole is too hard and even the shape is weird, i did hurt my feet when using them for running
but they are great for walking. i always wear them no matter rest of my outfit. love your feet get good shoes

ive always wore pretty shoes like handpainting ones 
but they hurt me none of them is comfortable
which sucks because im self conscious

cutting off candy made me lose 2-2,5kg (so far) and it's actually not that hard as long as you eat enough and regularly. i don't really miss it either
