around december onedrive (fuck microsoft) decided to fuck sims 2 and sims 4 for me, but i have the sims 2 files (most recent ones) saved on an external hard drive thing, but when i moved the files over the game had gotten extremely corrupt

yeah but it's  like.. i have the save file from when i had to get my computer fixed in 2020, but i've played on the game after that so it's like 1 year of sims that's gone and it's just .... aarrrrrrrr even if the story hadn't progressed longer than my child being a teen, but i had built things
