first of all, in the saga of darren shan a major plot hinting thing in the names and titles of the book is lost because they're like lmao instead of naming him something that translates to destiny (i.e. skjebne) we'll translate it so his nickname is morder instead (killer) and the 12th book is called sons of destiny so the norwegian book should've translated it to something relating to morder to perseve the plot hinting but no and it's a massive failure and this is why i support capital punishment now
