If its super heavy drag makeup  I think probably hair spray is best, cus it just seals everything with a physical layer I guess, I've never had a setting spray that kind of seals my makeup tho. Makes it look nicer for longer but stuff moves if u rub ur face, I assume tht wouldn't happen with hairspray
