i had a teeth pulled yesterday and holy god i"m in so much pain, idk if it's just the tooth or mostly my trigeminal neuralgia being irritated by the tooth but fawk it hurts

Did you get pain medication? (i got 600mg ibuprofen, also when only they took out 1 tooth) I think if you still have pain with medication, and it lasts for 2/3 days, just call your dentist and get it checked out.
