Idk it wasn’t like we were looking at his eye lids on the reg but the eye doctor flipped them inside out and did some blood tests, so yeah idk I mean if it is some sort of skin condition just like in the eye lids an eye doctor would be able to tell idk if a layman can,,, like eyelids are gross and red normally shahsh
