is exhausting so many karens LOL
(we r a big company with many stores located around in dk, most ppl know it lol)
Basically:
"hi i can't find this item x, do you know where it is"
Said item was not in our store, however the item is located in the two other stores nearby (like the closest one was five min walk away)
I ofc go check the shelves and our warehouse. Item isn't there. I check it on the system and check where they're in stock.
"hi yeah, so we don't have this item however the store located x (nearby) has the item in stock"
karen proceeds to throw a tantrum because
"well i think its misleading that you don have it, do you expect me to walk down there and get it myself" and im just like
LADY
ITS A FIVE MIN WALK, just go out of the mall and down the street and you're there
like do u want me to magically make it appear out of thin air can't do much. She then proceeds to tell me i shouldn't be working with customers when i have such a "bad attitude" bruh i was polite and did actually more than what's actually expected of me
