you might have to alter it a bit to have it fit the way you want so i would advise making a muslin or cutting big seam allowance

ok so idk how much experience you have so i'm just gonna do a full explanation start to finish.

The website  doesnt have exactly a bisshop sleeve, but i think this would be closest to what you want and also quite simple to do:
https://www.sewist.com/editor/mix/36-373-397-399-2560-374-376-626-624-623-404-408-426-427-428-429-430-431-432-433-269-286-3551

Add your own measurements on the left and buy the pattern without seam allowance, make sure to pick a format that can be printed by your printer.

I think it would be wise to make it in a different fabric first, just to see if it will fit well. Take an old curtain or buy one at a 2nd hand store, try to get a fabric thats close to the one your trying to sew with.  if you need to do any alterations, wear the garment inside out, and pin the parts that needs to be taken in keep taking it in until it fits, dont cut the fabric in the meantime. When it fits how you want, look at the seams you changed and draw this on the pattern as well. Cut the altered pattern in the right fabric with 1cm/inch seam allowance (I would use some leftover fabric to make some samples before you start sewing to get used to it) cut it, sew it, done :)
