oh and sometimes if i have them i add meatballs to the tomato soup as well
and also sometimes i have fiskepinner w cherry tomatoes and salad and bread
i had a period where i made a LOT of lasagna, w bechamel sauce from scratch and shredded carrot and beans instead of meat
if im lazy i make rice in the stekepanne cooked in hakkede tomater, add red lentils and whatever beans or chickpeas i have and top w lemon juice, it becomes sort of a gryterett but 1 serving (or 2)
