Do you have some allergy pills near you? I would probably take one just in case. It looks like the allergic reactions I get when the sun is out.
Ouff I got sun allergy reaction once but those were more like teeny blisters and itchy but that was extremely annoying. Also no allergy meds, I took my last one like last week cus my prescription has run out and it wasn't doing anything either, cus it was prescribed cus im so itchy all over, but I was still itching itching itching so lol. Might ask my mom to buy some if im meeting her later, but they are expensive when u don't have a prescription ouff
Yeah! The bumps and the itching is also horrible to experience.
Maybe check up on whether or not you can renew a prescription online? Idk how it works in the rest of Scandinavia, but in Denmark you can renew all of your "less dangerous" prescriptions online and in an app with just a single swipe and without ever talking to anyone. If your prescription doesn't really work though, it's probably a good idea to talk with your doctor again and maybe switch to a different brand of allergy pills.
Yeahh, I have tried zyrtec tho, didn't work, I have tried telfast (that is what I had prescribed) and it didn't work, but its very annoying cus my mom bought a dog so I had to move out from her house cus of suddenly dog allergies, but even if I used allergy meds consistently for months, I literally couldn't breathe the last time I was in the same house as the dog, so idfk mby I need like horse strenght antihistamines or smth
