Ok im in a weird thing currently because I never feel hungry at all, and when I actually try to eat I feel like theres just no way, like its very hard to chew and swallow and whatnot just because im not hugry at all idk. But im trying to eat right, cus when I don't eat then I get nauseous and its even harder to eat, but im doing this stupid thing where I wat like half a slice of bread to try to eat, and then I forget to eat again for like 8-10 hours like hello! Im starting to feel rlly crap and the less I eat the less hungry I get, so like hello how can I just restart my stomach, so that I can eat like normal again

I try to eat stuff one would think is easy to get down, like yoghurt etc, but I tried to eat one of those small individual packed yoghurts yesterday and I ate mby half of it and I spent mby 30 minutes so obv that didn't work. But like hello what is easier than yoghurt even! I tried eating a sun lolly ice cream thing also but literally yeah I just ate half of that one also before chucking the rest, and I know I need to eat to be able to eat but hello its nottttt working

And it really just sounds like you need to get into the habit of actually eating again. Since an issue seems to be waiting too long between meals, decide on specific times for each meal so that they're always eaten at the same time. That way you can be like "oh, it's xx o'clock, time to eat lunch".

Yeah the problem is just with work cus its not normal work hours, and I often don't have time to eat while in there, so suddenly I've gone mby 9 hours without eating and then im fucked again lol, but I cut up an apple now, and put some cheerios and made mint green tea hopefully I can get it all down yeha

now i still go back to my bad habits, but punctual meals(?) helped a lot

Oh no I forgot abt the wound on my tongue that makes it hard to chew, but I hav to I guess hhh,,,,, tomorrow there will b lots of cake also and I don't like cake but I figure I will have to eat some just to seem normal/nice, it would b great if this fixes itself magically until then cus I don't want to look stupid or gag on my food in front of a ton of ppl bruh

Its so annoying fr, cus I feel like I constantly have to be thinking about what im gonna eat next, because otherwise I just assume "ok I ate now I can wait 4 hours to eat again" but I can't do that cus I only ate half a slice of bread or whatever, and if I want to make my stomach feel normal again I have to fill it up to a normal amount, so I technically have to eat constantly because I eat so slow hhhhh

are you taking medications or something that might be affecting your appetite? your doctor is probably better to ask these questions to than an online forum

but if you're literally forgetting to eat, i would set up a repeating timer to remind you

No, the problem is I forget to eat so I get nauseous and then its impossible to eat

Tho the timer thing it does not work, cus I have zero discipline allegedly, so when the alarm goes off I just think "ok I will go eat in 10 minutes" and then I never do

yeah this. not eating is what is causing this. just try to eat even though you dont feel like it and continue doing it. the only thing that will help you not to feel this way is getting into the habit of eating regularly again
