Workout more or consume less calories. Really no other way to do it. However if you use unsustainable methods you'll gain everything back eventually when you no longer can keep up with it, so make healthy habbits from the start. I would also advice you to look in the mirror or use measuring tape to keep track if progress instead of only looking at numbers. I'm enjoying life more when I'm not weighing myself.

I did volume eating while counting calories for a while, which helped tremendously. Volume eating is nice, because it keeps you full even if you're dieting, and it makes it a habit to eat quite healthy and make some healthy lifestyle changes when dieting is over.
A side recommendation: if you're craving cake I will 100% recommend ridiculous brownies. The recipe gives you a fair amount of brownie for 150 calories. Dieting is easier if you don't restrict yourself too much, but instead try to compromise some days. If you're craving ice cream take a smaller portion and eat less dinner/lunch/breakfast or go for a run/exercise to burn more calories that day.

Also, add some exercise and workouts to your day. If you're already doing this: great, don't change that! The exercise will give some nice hormones that makes you feel happier and will also help your body to being healthier and less frail when you get older.

the most effective long term method of healthy weight loss is building muscle and watching ur calories

i personally dont weigh everything i eat (i dont weigh fruits and veg) but i usually weigh out my carbs, just because its easy to overportion them and my protein to make sure i eat more of it

prioritizing protein is also helpful since it has a higher termic effect meaning ur body burns like 20-30% of its calories just to digest it, other than that its also just very good for u

try eating foods that are high in fiber, try thinking about adding stuff instead of taking things away
so like  in a meal u would usually have reduce the amount of carbs for example and increase fibrous foods:
an example of this would be making rice with veggies and tofu, simply use a bit less rice but increase the portion of vegetables

most importantly tho take it slow, going super restrictive and lowering your calories by a lot isnt good for you and your body and also not sustainable, go for a smaller deficit and change ur habits to be more active and/or start resistance training and listen to ur body

No bread and sweets, only drink water and tea, high protein foods so you don't have to go to bed hungry and  working out. Don't forget veggies and fruit for vitamins and stuff.

Jogging and going for a walk is good I think?

also don't drink booze, fucks up ur stomach and full of empty calories
