I ran 14km today and now my legs hurt.

I would go for shorter runs and then make them longer like every day or every other day, so ur legs get used to it, will hurt less then allegedly and it will be easier to do it more often since ur legs don't hurt obviously lol

with motivation tho I do not know

I don't run but I do walk my dog with a man who does iron mans as a hobby and swim/bicycle/run at least 20 km every day, and these are the tips he's given me:
Do 2-3 km the first few times you run, max 3 times a week. Then slowly add 1 km one of the 3 days in the week, and slowly work your way up from there. Don't overwork yourself.

Also for the love of god remember your stretching.

If you've run for some time it's probably okay-ish to start with more than 2-3 km. This was specifically for newbies starting out. It's just better to not overwork yourself, because if you get hurt you'll be on the bench for months, which will set you back a whole lot.
