1st i did art in gymnasiet
then i did biology, math, chem courses etc. for a year to get into some biomed program, dropped out after 6months lol
then i did art school for 2yrs
now i will do one more year art school
n then?? biology smthn?

is there a best ov both worlds somewhere idk.

university studies require a lot more work and interest and I've never ever studied for any exams (not even my final exams in hs) and suddenly in university i couldn't get away with it anymore

The only thing that has competed a lil has been music, I really did want to do music nn I also went to a music n theatre boarding school for 10th grade lmao n also always picked music when we could pick a subject ourselves, first time I started gymnasium I was actually on the musicA-englishA team lmao but dropped out n when I got back in I ended up on germanA-englishA instead nnn yeah idk I think the main factors in my decision were what am I actually good at n where do I have the most potential to do well for myself & what do I actually want to do... Also I guess I just made my mind up along the way that it'd prob b best to keep music a hobby, also I haven't had much training n I've forgotten most of what I have been taught lmao n this is gonna sound lazy but I just knew it would be harder for me n language n all that good stuff has always come very easy to me n I enjoy reading n shit you know, I don't particularly enjoy learning to read notes or have to listen to some mozart shit n write down whats playing n how hbhnh

I did music+english in gymnasiet, which really helped me in realizing that this is what I want to do.


So interest and passion would be my advice. God knows I wouldn't have been able to make it through school without it

in gymnasiet i went to the music program, mostly cuz i love music and i was very tired of school. after gymnasiet i studied music/vocals in London for a year, cuz i've always had a dream to live there and it was a fun way of meeting new people.

when i came back from London i worked as a substitute teacher for a few years and then i decided to start uni again but to become a kindergarten teacher. now i finish uni in january. i've also taken som stray courses at uni that interests me because in 3 years from when i graduate i want to study again to become a special educator (don't know the proper english word for it lol). 

who knows, if i ever grow tired of kids i probably wanna do some type of office job in the future, and i also have a dream to become an author heheh.

but if you wanna study something with biology, then do it! if you don't enjoy it later you can always change your mind and do something else. or multiple things.

tragically i have to at least start studying something else this autumn and the way i did it was just to pick 10 things i am qualified for at the university i took my master's degree in linguistics so i don't have to move in case i don't get a job, and then i was thinking more like what would potentially give me a job (but i have zero interest in it so it's going to be horrible haha)
