Nope.

There's a lot of ticks at our cabin and then I just check that I don't have any on me typ all the time bc i do not want lyme and i do not want to become allergic to meat or any of the other consequences u might get from tick bites. I got bit my one a few years ago but that's it. It literally just sat on me for a minute or so. At home there's not rly a lot of ticks even tho there are getting more.

No, but I think cus I have removed them very soon, cus they start itching and then I notice them (and obv not all ticks have the disease thing anyway) and take them off, I think usually before 24 hours ur good (the earlier the better obv). Im so scared of getting it tho, cus my dads uncle had half his face become paralyzed for 6+ months, and a dude my dad worked with got chronic pains he described as someone twisting a knife in his legs constantly, even many years afterwards he still has it, so he can't work anymore. Obv most cases are not that extreme but ahhh

i didn't see the tick either of these times but i don't check very carefully either, smh. should probably start doing that. i got the tick this time from being at a friend's cabin as well

aah yes  chronic lyme is a real bitch from what i've heard, but if you treat it while it's at the first stage (with the rash) it's supposed to go away usually

me either. which i'm very surprised of tbh, because there were a lot of ticks where i grew up and i always used to search ticks from our dogs and just pick them off by hand. i literally thought they can't even bite people when i was younger 

same with deer flies. first time i ever heard that they can bite was.. idk few years ago? i loved to pick them off from our dogs every autumn. lmao

Yeah. I support that idea. For me it's just normal to do bc I've been warned so hard about the dangers of ticks since I was young. Funfact tho we left our cabin yesterday and there was a tick walking across my hand in the car after 2hrs and i was just like smash smash smash die pls die. There have actually been so many ticks this year. Like ive seen 10 over the last week all around. Normally I just spot 1 on my bunny.

Yep, I think its a bigger issue if u get the tick/rash in a spot u can't rlly see, so u don't notice it before u have become too fucked up lol. I know my dad also got a tick on his groin area once, easy to miss I would assume
