I used my nails on like,,, the front of the drawers, cus I could put my nail under them ish, but when I was done with that, the door still didn't work, so I took out the bottom drawer and there was just a huge chunk of ice all over the back and bottom and everything (cus it had probably dripped down at the back or smth? Idk) and then I found a knife cus it did not want to move

I did remove all the ice cut was slippery ice and not that white freezer ice, also I will not start to defrost the freezer properly in a house I don't even live in 😭🙏
