idk about ur situation but maybe try to go for walks to relax after work, do something between getting off from work and going to sleep so ur brain can process something else

yea probabli, i am so annoyed at myself bc work is like fine, n its my 3rd summer there so im used to it but i still have this random work anxiety(?) ig? or stress all the time abt it im like can i chill lol

i had that feeling every time I had my internship too like deadass I was still nervous after the 6th week of going to the same office, so ig thats kinda normal if u r already anxious about stuff like that
