for those who lost their smell/taste
how long did it take for it to come back? 
im on day 2 and im already going crazy, coke tastes disgusting now

first time i had it was summer 2020 -- that's when i lost the sense of smell and taste. i had it again this year in march but it didn't impact my senses this time !!

it used to be much worse than it is now (coke was horrible for me too. and eggs. yuck) and i have no idea if it actually got somewhat better or if i'm just. used to it now

it was on and off for 2-3 days and then mostly back to normal, but it took a few months before i could smell/taste dairy properly again??? maybe bc it smells so mildly its just the only thing i noticed being off. noticed it immediately when tasting milk came back

did it change the way you eat? like is there certain textures in food that is better than others for you? im trying to think of food that can still give me the illusion of eating something good lol

the coke tho. im a coke addict it was actual misery to not taste it at all. it was just fizzy water gross and tasteless and emotionally painful

yea 😭 idk why but it was weird
wasted so much milk afterwards bc i had to pour some out to see if it had curdled every time i needed it bc i just couldnt smell it at all

my eating habits are so so bad T T i was always a picky eater + covid and having poor mental health combined. eating is hell and i only eat because i have to
