The good:
- you get to share quotes easily, it can be thw purpose of your content, not a picture
- easy gratification by seeing the views rise
- makes use of my videos
- different vibe than insta. Can be creative in a different way.
- sorta just the entire vibe of not that deep content can be fun
- sometimes reminds me of the good old booktube days
- i learned new stuff about my regional library
- Getting likes is not too hard but.. The bad
The bad:
- the fonts are ugly
- The editor is hard
- linking is super hard
- if your content get seen at all is entirely a game of luck.
- quantity over quality - there's just too much stuff going on all the time
- feels very anonymous in a way like u don't have time to remotely percieve a person or acc, u just consume
- follow page - absolutely a mess. No chronological order.
- plays random videos with no chance of breaks. Eats up 4g.
- repetitive content through trends
- don't do a follow train. Now my algorithms only show me that and those posts has literally no value rly??
- overconsumption is a running joke
