I basically used the alarms to train my brain to only be dependent on one
by having a period of using two additional alarms
so if I HAD TO wake up at 9am
I would put on 1 alarm at 8.30 for my brain to wake up from rem
then 1 alarm at 8.45 for my brain to wake up from light sleep
then the original alarm at 9.00 to wake up feeling rested
i don’t remember how the timestamps worked, but whatever i did it worked
Google it or smth, i’m too tired from travelling rn
but yeah, waking your brain from rem BEFORE waking your brain up for the morning is really affective <33
