Does anyoen on vp have experience w this, talking 14+ hours fast, not 12 hours fast then 12 hours eating window. 

I usually just eat 12/12 right, naturally, cus of sleeping and not rlly being hungry in the morning, but my mom said intermittent fasting might help me sort out some issues I have like immune system autoimmune disorder shit uknow

anyways, im eating from 14.00-00.00 right now, so rlly only 14 hours no food which isn't that long, but now for some reason I've started to get super hungry yeah, idk why even cus usually im very not hungry but now I get hungry once I wake up and that has never happened before, but its not cus of the fasting either so idk

BUT, I have to fix my sleep schedule also, but if I fix it, should I mby move the fasting window to earlier in the day? So that im done by 21-22 or smth? Idk. I was thinking of also doing 16/8 instead cus that seems better but I think I will have to biul up for it, cus I sleep less now and when I sleep less I get more hungry because more awake time, so I have to eat more.

what times do u do if u do this, like from which time to which time, and does it matter for you when you sleep at all, like sleeping through the fasting fase if uknow what I mean, cus I don't get hungry when I sleep yeah

is it really supposed to do anything regarding autoimmune stuff . i also don't feel hunger (or more like i don't notice it) but i eat cus i love food yes and also i get very bad bad bad headache after not eating but that's bc i don't drink water throughout the day either 

i just eat after 5-7pm now and idk i stop at around 10pm-12am  but im not strict it just happens because of my day's schedule. being done by 21-22 seems good, i never go to bed when im hungry tho that's illegal

another concern would be reactive eating when you stop it maybe


also ive heard that it's better to just eat small throughout the day instead cus apparently one big meal or smaller eating window or whatever can fuck w the metabolism but i havent even researched it so who knows how true it is

i kinda do it by accident, because i just have this thought in my mind that i sleep better when  i don't eat like 3-4 hours before bed 
idk i never sleep well anyway so probably doesn't matter really

i suppose having a busy schedule definitely helps because when im just at home i do not eat within that fasting window i just eat whenever yes, sitting at home fighting the hunger bad

well not conciously, but i usually go like 18-20 hours w/o food between dinner and breakfast the next day so i guess 
i don't eat before like 12-14 even tho i get up around 8 cuz then everyone thinks im asleep n don't nag, n i never eat in the evening i hate that, 18-19 at the latest
that adds up right i get incredibly stupid w maths when time is involved

but like, the most important thing is getting enough nutrition n having energy for your tasks for the day right, not sure how beneficial it is to go around half starved just to keep up a specific eating schedule? but what do i know mby the ideal thing is being a hungry cranky monster until lunchtime

Yeahh, when I've gone out to meet someone Early ish in the day, and gotten home around 4pm, I don't feel hungry at all even tho I haven't eaten, but if I just sit at home I just bahhh its so much ahrder cus there is no distractions so I get hungry

i try to drink like tea and coffe and whatever, mby I should buy like sugar free energy drinks or smth instead but allegedly artificial sweeteners are illegal with intermittent fasting but I do not care
