BUT, I have to fix my sleep schedule also, but if I fix it, should I mby move the fasting window to earlier in the day? So that im done by 21-22 or smth? Idk. I was thinking of also doing 16/8 instead cus that seems better but I think I will have to biul up for it, cus I sleep less now and when I sleep less I get more hungry because more awake time, so I have to eat more.
