Is this a red flag?

When you tell the one you’re dating negative things about yourself and they don’t really react? Is it a good or a bad thing?

i would secretly think they agree with my negative thoughts but it can also mean they want to play safe by not commenting. either way not cool but dk if it counts as a red flag?

Like I was open about having bipolar disorder (which I don’t have anymore) and he was alright. Today I said I was in hospital after a psychotic episode and he was like alright.
i just find it weird he doesn’t have any questions? And this has always been an issue in relationships before? So I’m worried he has this idea of me and then when it’s not new anymore it’s going to start being an issue

Maybe he's trying not to be insensitive with questions? I don't know, ask him about it.

maybe he's just fine with it + doesnt know whether its appropriate to ask questions or not. if you feel like you are getting bad vibes from the way he is reacting, you could ask him if he has any questions regarding all of that

when i told my bf im autistic with adhd he was basically also just like "alright" lol so its not necessarily bad

idk it's not a green flag to talk negatively about yourself either that's for sure, it sounds like fishing for compliments and i wouldn't bait on that
